      • Our loyalty program rewards customers with Petals for every purchase made at Evara Natural Group. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

      • We reserve the right to update or modify the program at any time.

      Enrollment

      Enrollment is free. Customers are automatically enrolled when they provide their email or phone number at checkout. One account per customer.

      Earning Petals

      • Petals are earned on the subtotal of qualifying purchases (excluding taxes, fees, delivery charges, and tips). Petals are added after the purchase is completed.

      • Petals are not earned on gift cards or orders paid with rewards.

      Redeeming Rewards

      • Petals can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

      • Rewards are applied based on the current loyalty program settings.

      • Minimum purchase requirements may apply.

      Additional Terms

      • Petals have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

      • We reserve the right to cancel or adjust rewards in cases of misuse or abuse of the program.

  2. Exclusions

    • Petals are not earned on taxes, fees, delivery charges, or gift card purchases.

    • Rewards may not be applied to deposits or special orders unless specifically allowed.

    • The shop may set blackout dates (for example, around major holidays).

  3. Refunds & Adjustments

    • If an order is refunded or canceled, petals earned from that order will be removed.

    • If a reward was used on a refunded order, the petals will be reissued to the account.

  4. Program Changes & Termination

    • The shop may change, suspend, or end the Program at any time.

    • If the Program ends, any unused points will expire immediately.

  5. General

    • Petals have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

    • Fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms may result in loss of points or removal from the Program.

    • Terms are subject to change at the shop’s discretion.
